作为《护理科研》课程实践环节的毕业论文是护理本科生培养计划的重要组成部分,是对学生综合运用学科的理论知识与方法的全面检验,是集中培养护生科研意识与素养、提高护生科研能力和创新能力的必要教学环节。近年,随着该院护生人数不断增多,导致优质论文指导教师相对不足,为保证护生的毕业论文的质量,作为应用型院校对本科生毕业论文教学环节的规范化管理和质量监督体系的建设方面进行积极的探索,建立论文团队完成毕业论文的质量管理模式和合理的激励约束机制,来提高护生的科研能力与毕业论文质量。

The graduation theses, as an important component of training plan of nursing graduates in the course practical link of nursing scientific research, which is a comprehensive test of theoretical knowledge and method comprehensively applied by the students, which is a necessary teaching link of training the scientific research awareness and literatures and improving the scientific research abilities and innovation abilities of student nurses, in recent years, with the increasing number of student nurses in the hospital, the tutors of excellent papers are relatively inadequate, in order to ensure the quality of graduation theses, we should actively explore the establishment of standardized management and quality supervision system of teaching links of graduates in the applied colleges, establish the quality management model and rational motivation and restriction mechanism of paper team to improve the scientific research ability and graduation paper quality.
