摘要
目的研究情景式模拟教学在急诊教学中的应用。方法 2016年11月—2017年11月间选取该院急诊科的实习医护人员,共60名,采用计算机随机分为两组,每组30名。对照组采用传统模拟教学,观察组采用情景式模拟教学,对比两组医护人员的闭卷知识测试和临床信息反馈。结果观察组闭卷知识测试成绩明显高于对照组,临床信息反馈优良率也比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊教学中通过采用情景式模拟教学,有助于促进实习医护人员急救技能、沟通能力和团队协作能力的显著提高,现代急诊教学的需要也可以得到更好的满足,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To research the application of situational simulation teaching in the emergency teaching. Methods From November 2016 to November 2017 60 cases of practical medical staff in the department of emergency admitted and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group used the traditional simulation, while the observation group used the situational simulation, and the closure knowledge test and clinical information feedback were compared between the two groups. Results The closure knowledge test score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the excellent and good rate of clinical information feedback was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The situational simulation teaching in the emergency teaching contributes to promoting the obvious improvement of emergency skill, communication skill and team cooperation ability, and can better meet the modern emergency teaching needs, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
