论如何提高肿瘤科临床见习带教的质量

摘要 在肿瘤科临床带教中遇到诸多新的难点,需要带教教师持续探索新的业务技能,改进以往的带教模式。要提高肿瘤科带教的质量,应当课前做好必要的准备,创造有利的见习带教条件,并形式灵活地开展带教,不断激发医学生的见习兴趣,同时要通过介绍肿瘤特殊病例,便于学员形象地理解各肿瘤临床特征,帮助学员巩固基本知识,增强临床诊疗的思维能力。作为科室的带教教师,必须要丰富本身的知识架构,增强操作水平,切实掌握带教技能和本领。 There are many new difficult points in the clinical teaching in the department of oncology, therefore, the teachers need to continuously explore the new business skill and improve the past teaching model, in order to improve the teaching quality in the department of oncology, they should make necessary preparations before class, create the favorable practical teaching conditions, and develop the teaching flexibly, constantly motivate the practical interest of medical students, at the same time, the introduction of tumor special cases, can help students understand various tumor clinical features vividly,help students consolidate the basic knowledge, enhance the thinking ability of clinical diagnosis and treatment, the teachings in the department of oncology must have the rich knowledge frame, enhance the operation level and truly master the teaching skill and ability.
