摘要
怎样科学的选择多种教学工具促进其尽快的把握复杂的医学内容,是临床教学在以后改进中需要坚持的目标与思路。先对医学生描述思维导图的创作要领、特征、以及概念、渊源和有关的基本知识,之后,将其引入消化内科开展的临床实际教学中,并给出该科典型病症的导图示例,让医学生尝试着独立制作相关病症的导图。最后,对比两个组全部医学生的出科考核情况,且对其实施问卷形式的统计,得到能改善目前教和学的效率的认识。对科室全部医学生展示消化科典型病症的相关思维导图:选出该科典型病症来制作思维导图,对医学生细致讲述,以加深其对导图的认识。并要鼓励其独立的创作该科典型病症的导图。在引领医学生制作并应用消化内科涉及病症的思维导图后,不但有助于其更快的把握与记住该科的基本知识,以及更深层的认识该科的病症;而且还有助于增强创作意识与拓展临床思路。
How to scientifically select multiple teaching tools to promote the students to master the complex medical content as soon as possible, is the target and thought of clinical teaching, and we should make the medical students master the innovation key points, features, conceptions, origins and basic knowledge of mind mapping, and guide the students into the clinical practical teaching in the department of digestive system, and present the typical mapping examples and let the medical students try to independently make the mapping of the related diseases. Finally, the departmental rotation examination condition was compared between the two groups, and the students were counted by the questionnaire, in terms of the related thought guidance of typical diseases in the digestive system department, we should select the typical diseases to make the mind mapping, conduct the detailed explanation to the medical students, to deepen the awareness of mind mapping and encourage them to independently create the mapping of the typical diseases, which can help them quickly master and keep in mind the basic knowledge in the department, help them deeply master the diseases in the department and contribute to enhancing the innovation awareness and broadening the clinical thoughts.
