卡维地洛治疗高血压合并糖尿病患者心律失常临床疗效与安全性的随机对照试验

Randomized Controlled Trial of Carvedilol in the Treatment of Arrhythmia in Patients with Hypertension Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究在高血压合并糖尿病患者心律失常中卡维地洛的临床治疗效果与安全性。方法将2016年2月—2018年4月收治的86例高血压合并糖尿病患者,随机分组法分成两组,即对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组给予常规治疗方法,观察组给予卡维地洛治疗方法。结果血糖、血压及心率指标比较观察组较对照组低,不良反应发生率比较观察组较对照组低,临床治疗效果比较观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高血压合并糖尿病患者心律失常疾病治疗中应用卡维地洛治疗方法,有助于稳定患者的血糖、血压及心率指标、不良反应发生概率明显下降,疾病临床治疗效果明显提升。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of carvedilol in patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Methods 86 patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus from February 2016 to April 2018, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given a conventional treatment method, and the observation group was given a carvedilol treatment method. Results The blood glucose, blood pressure and heart rate indicators were lower in the observation group than in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than in the control group. The clinical treatment effect was higher in the observation group than in the control group ,the difference was statistically singnificant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of carvedilol in the treatment of arrhythmia with hypertension and diabetes is helpful to stabilize the blood glucose, blood pressure and heart rate indicators, the incidence of adverse reactions is significantly reduced, and the clinical treatment effect of the disease is significantly improved.
