摘要
目的分析观察超声检查用于妊娠期糖尿病孕妇胎儿生长情况评价的应用价值。方法 2017年3月—2018年7月期间,回顾性选择该院收治的218例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为研究对象,均进行超声检查,分析胎儿生长情况。结果(1)研究组与对照组BPD、FL、HC、AC差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组LL水平明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)生长指标的F检验值由大到小依次排序为:LL、AC、FL、HC、BPD。结论妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,通过超声检查能够预测胎儿生长情况,建议在临床推广借鉴。
Objective To analyze the application value of uhrasonography in the evaluation of fetal growth in pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Methods From March 2017 to July 2018, a total of 218 pregnant women with gestational diabetes admitted to the hospital were retrospectively selected for ultrasound examination to analyze fetal growth. Results 1. The difference of BPD, FL, HC and AC between the study group and the control group was not significant （P〉0.05）. The LL level in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. 2.The F-test values of the growth indicators were ranked from large to small： LL, AC, FL, HC, BPD. Conclusion Pregnant women with gestational diabetes can predict fetal growth by ultrasound examination, which is worth promotion.
