摘要 目的探讨健康教育在2型糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法收集2016年2月—2017年12月收治的2型糖尿病患者146例,分2组,73例常规护理纳入对照组;73例联合健康教育纳入观察组。观察护理效果。结果护理前组间自护行为能力评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后观察组自护行为能力评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前血糖指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后随访发现观察组空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者实施健康教育干预可有效提高患者出院后自护行为能力,从而维持血糖水平。 Objective To explore the application effect of health education in the care of type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 146 patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in two groups, from February 2016 to December 2017 73 patients received routine care in the control group. 73 combined health education were included in the observation group. Observe the effect of care. Results There was no significant difference in the self-care behavioral ability scores between the groups before treatment (P〉0.05). After the nursing intervention, the self-care behavior ability scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in blood glucose index before treatment (P〉0.05). After intervention, the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Health education intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively improve the self-care behavior of patients after discharge, thus maintaining blood glucose levels.
