糖尿病患者康复护理中人性化理念的运用研究

Study on the Application of Humanization Concept in Rehabilitation Nursing of Diabetes Patients

目的探讨糖尿病患者康复护理中人性化理念的运用效果。方法随机将该院2016年11月—2018年4月期间收治的64例糖尿病患者分为两组,其中对照组行常规治疗,观察组则运用人性化理念,比较两组效果。结果观察组血糖控制总有效率94.12%(32/34)显著高于对照组76.67%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化理念运用于糖尿病患者康复护理中有助于提升康复效果,改善患者生活质量,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanization concept in rehabilitation nursing of diabetic patients. Methods 64 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from November 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine treatment and the observation group used the concept of humanization to compare the effects of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of blood glucose control in the observation group 94.12%（32/34） was significantly higher than that in the control group 76.67%（23/30）, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. The quality of life of the observation group was higher in that of the observation group than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The concept of humanization is applied to the rehabilitation of diabetic patients, which can improve the rehabilitation effect, improve the quality of life of patients, and have higher clinical application value.
