摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对糖尿病患者的治疗依从性和效果。方法选取2016年5月—2018年5月该院收治的糖尿病患者206例,随机分为2组,各103例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予综合护理干预。结果观察组在运动、饮食、用药方面治疗依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组FPG、2 hPG明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者实施综合护理干预可有效提高治疗依从性,控制血糖水平,提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the treatment compliance and effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on diabetic patients. Methods A total of 206 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to the department from May 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups： 103 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care. The observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Results The compliance of the observation group in exercise, diet and medication was significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The FPG and 2 hPG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with diabetes can effectively improve treatment compliance, control blood glucose levels, and improve treatment outcomes.
