摘要
考查了近年来国内外对治疗糖尿病的单味中药及其提取物的临床及实验的研究状况,概述单味中药黄芪、黄连、牡丹皮、丹参等通过不同作用机制具有降糖、调脂,降低炎症反应、改善微循环,延缓糖尿病肾脏纤维化等不同功用,为防治糖尿病的中药的合理开发利用提供理论依据。
The clinical and experimental research status of single-flavor Chinese medicine and its extracts for treating diabetes in recent years were reviewed. The single-flavor Chinese medicines Astragalus, Rhizoma Coptidis, Cortex Moutan, Salvia miltiorrhiza, etc. have hypoglycemic and lipid-regulating mechanisms through different mechanisms of action. It can reduce the inflammatory response, improve the microcirculation, delay the different functions of diabetic kidney fibrosis, and provide a theoretical basis for the rational development and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine for preventing and treating diabetes.
