“以房养老”模式的分析

随着我国老龄化问题的凸显,仅靠传统的养老模式和现行的养老保障制度,难以应对养老危机。本文通过对我国养老现状和住房情况的分析,提出了一种新型的养老方式——"以房养老",该模式对改善老年人生活条件,缓解社会保障压力,构建和谐社会有着重要意义。

With the prominent issue of aging,the traditional pension mode and the current pension system,is hard to deal with the pension crisis.In this paper,through the analysis of the state pension and housing situation in our country,puts forward a new endowment way 'house-for-pension scheme',the model to improve the living conditions of the elderly,alleviate the pressure of social security,it is important to construct a harmonious society.
