With the popularity of smart phones, there is an increasing fierce competition about market share, which has been the new key of the profits in the mobile phone market. The patent dispute of Apple and Samsung shows that the phenomenon of imitation is pretty severe in mobile phone market currently. So, handset manufacturers should strengthen the R & D efforts of products on its' design and applications, create the advantage and enlarge the market share of the mobile phone market through technological innovation.
