湖北省农村教育存在的问题及建议

Problems and suggestions of rural education in Hubei Province

在参加湖北省大学生农村支教的调查工作中,我深入部分农村中小学,对学校教师、学生,校领导的访谈进行了调查,通过与农村教师和学生、家长、领导的座谈更进一步了解到当前农村义务教育存在一些与实际不相适应的方面,有待完善和改进。本文从农村教育存在的问题出发,分别从农村教师、学生、家长等方面进行分析,最后提出了解决农村教育问题的具体对策。

From the investigation of college students in hubei province rural teaching work,I deeply investigated part of rural primary and secondary schools,the school teachers,students,school leadershipers.,through interviewsing with ruralteachers and students,parents,lead the discussion with further understanding to the current rural compulsory education and the aspects do not adapt in some aspects,about how to improve and improve.Based on the problems existing in the rural education,this paper respectively analyze from the perspectives of rural teachers,students, parents,and finally puts forward the concrete countermeasures to solve the problem of rural education.
