摘要
本文以南京旅游职业学院图书馆学生利用率低下状况为例,分析了具体的原因,并提出图书馆需面向学生需求,从改善环境,提升馆员素质,调整组织机构,创新服务模式与内容等方面来探讨读者服务创新工作。
The thesis analyses the reasons why the students in Nanjing Institute of Tourism & Hospitality take low utilization of library and discusses creative work of reader service.The thesis puts forth that the library should improve the environment,promote the librarian's quality,adjust the organization,innovate service mode and content to face the students' needs.
