B2C电商体验营销与客户忠诚的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 电子商务通过将传统商业和互联网技术良好结合,为商家提供了一种更加方便快捷低成本的销售方式,为消费者提供更加简便快捷高效的购买途径。B2C市场近些年来发展快速,对于电商而言,如何获得、保持并提高客户忠诚度就成为了最关键的问题。本文在探讨了体验营销与客户忠诚度的关系基础之上,认为B2C电商可以通过客户购买过程各个环节的优化和完善来实现客户忠诚度的提高,并为其提出了相应的实际操作的措施。
