贵州农村留守老人的养老之路——基于社区养老服务与社会工作介入视角的思考

通过对关于贵州留守老人问题的文献调研,从社区服务与社会工作介入的视角对已发表的调研数据进行分析,本文认为构建居家养老模式是解决贵州留守老人的养老问题,保障留守老人幸福生活的关键所在。居家养老模式的构建应该是在政府的引导下,以社区为依托,社会工作积极介入。

Since a large number of young adults from rural areas leave their hometown to find jobs,the phenomenon so called"empty nest"has been payed more and more attention in Guizhou province.The offspring make living far from their native vil age,so how to support the elderly has been an social issue.In this work,survey data published on the issue of remained elderly have been analysized from the perspective of community survice and social work intervening,and a viewpoint that the key way to ensure the beatific life of remained elderly in Guizhou province is to construct the home-based care mode.This mode should be guided by government,and social work should intervene based on the community survice.
