摘要
本文针对高职院校编外用工特征,分析了该类人员权益保护现状,提出通过提升管理水平,规范用工管理与发挥工会依法维权调解职能,切实保护高职院校编外用工人员权益,实现校园与社会的合谐发展.
This paper points against diversified position and form of non career staff in higher vocational school,analysis the labor economic rights and intersts,demonomic rights,security and development interests,and further proposes three key aspects in protection:enhance the management level,regulate the employment management,perform the safeguarding function of l abour union.
