摘要沙盘游戏疗法(sand play therapy)是使用沙、沙盘以及有关人和物的缩微模型来进行心理治疗与心理辅导的一种方法。在心理分析之无意识理论的基础上,在"沙盘"中发挥原型和象征性的作用,以实现心理分析的治疗效果。本文简单描述了沙盘游戏的来源,阐述了沙盘游戏的基本原理并对未来趋势进行简单分析。
