高校图书馆社会化服务探讨

服务社会是时代赋予高校图书馆的历史使命,也是高校图书馆资源共享、协同创新的重要途径,更是当今社会对高校图书馆的迫切需求。近30年来业界同仁们进行了广泛深入的理论研究,并进行了积极的实践探索。据此提出了高校图书馆应转变观念,强化其公益性和社会职能、建立完善的社会服务管理制度、调整机构设置,组建专门的社会服务部门、制定兼顾服务社会的文献资源配置方案、构建面向社会的开放型信息平台、创新服务模式等策略。

Service to the community is entrusted by the times of the historical mission of the University Library,which is also an important way to the share of University Library Resources and Col aborative Innovation,and more the urgent needs of today's society on the University Library.Nearly 30 years the colleagues in the circle have conducted extensive and in-depth theoretical study,and actively exploring for the practice of it,and accordingly put forward the concept of the university library should be transformed into strengthening the public service of University Library and social functions.Furthermore,the University Library is obliged to establish a sound management system,adjust the institutional,the formation of specialized social services department and work out the development of literature resource allocation programs,build open information platform for the community,and create the innovative service models and so like strategies.
