道德文化在当代遇到了困境,主要表现在自身建设的困境、环境对其的阻滞及道德践行主体的不愿作为。面对这些困境,高校要采取相应的教育应对策略。要加强人才培养方案的制定和德育课程的改革;要鼓励阅读,建立阅读奖励机制,同时,还要多多开展道德文化实践活动。

The dilemma encountered in the countemporary moral cultures,the main performance is self construction、the block of environment and the main body of moral practice doesn't want to do. Face the dilemma,col eges and universities should take educational corresponding strategies;to strengthen the development of talents training scheme and reform the moral education curriculum;to encourage reading,establish a reading incentive meachanism. At the same time,to carry out or participate in the practice of moral cultures.
