社会工作专业价值理念引入高职辅导员职业化建设

随着高职院校的不断发展,高职院校对于辅导员的职业化要求也在不断提高。面对这样的发展形势,必须将高职辅导员队伍向着更加职业化、专业化的方向发展。本文结合社会工作将助人置于中心的特点,将社会工作专业的价值理念运用于高职辅导员职业化建设,为高职辅导员队伍进一步职业化的发展提供了新方向。

Along with the development of the higher vocational col eges,it acquires the higher vocational col ege counselors to be more professional. Facing such a developing situation,the higher vocational college counselors develop into professionalization and specialization aspects. In this paper,combining with the characteristics of social work that wil make the people who need help in the center,make the value of professional social work concept applies to construction of higher vocational counselors and provides a new direction for the further development of higher vocational counselors’ professionalism.
