基于KANO模型的文化主题公园顾客需求的研究——以中国米芾书法公园为例 被引量:2

摘要 在国内文化主题公园新兴的背景下,游客的旅游需求对公园成功运营起到了越来越重要的作用。本文以中国米芾书法公园为例,利用Kano模型将顾客需求划分为基本型需求、期望型需求和兴奋型需求,为文化主题公园以顾客需求为导向的自身建设提供了建议。
