浅谈环卫事业产业化体系的构建

为了提高环卫事业的效率,减小经济压力,国内外很多地区都将环卫事业推向市场化,并取得了良好的效果。本文分析了国内外部分大城市的环卫事业的管理现状,提出了一个以政府环卫管理机构为核心,环卫行业协会为主要协调机构的环卫事业产业化体系,明确体系中各个主体的权利和义务。最后,也提出了这个体系存在的风险。

In order to improve the efficiency of Environment Sanitation Enterprise,and reduce the economic pressure, there have market reform of the Environment Sanitation Enterprise in some city, and have made some good results. In this paper, the present situation of the Environment Sanitation Enterprise are introduced, and put forward an association which the administrative apartment is the core,Industry association is the coordination institution. In addition, the responsibility and the obligation of al the members is formulated in this paper. At last, the risk in this system is also mentioned.
