谈志愿者在公共图书馆老年读者服务中的作用

作为公共图书馆的基本阅读群体之一,老年读者随着我国正在经历的老龄化社会的推进不断增加,本文从老年读者在公共图书馆中经常遇到的问题及其需求特点出发,探讨志愿者在公共图书馆老年读者服务中的积极作用,从而提高公共图书馆对老年读者的服务质量与水平。

As a basic group of readers in public library, the aging readers continuously increase with the development of aging society experienced by our country. Based on the problems frequently encountered by aging readers in public library and demand characteristics of aging readers, this paper wil explore the active functions of volunteers in the service for aging readers in public library, thus improving the quality and service level of public library for the aging readers.
