大学新生学涯规划调查研究

帮助大学新生制定学涯规划能使他们尽快转变角色,适应大学生活,为大学四年乃至今后的成功奠定基础。本文以西安理工大学部分学生为调查研究对象,指出大学新生学涯规划中存在的一些问题,并就这些问题提出了相应的对策。

Help freshmen set learning career planning can make their role get changed as soon as possible, adapt to college life and for four years in the future for the foundation of success. Based on the part of students of Xi'an University of Technology for research object, points out that the freshman learning career planning of some problems existing in these problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
