高职机电一体化技术专业人才培养模式探究

随着科技的迅猛发展,机电行业得到了快速发展,这也有助于提高机电一体化技术专业学生的就业质量。本文从我院机电一体化技术专业实际入手,探究校企深度融合、双师型师资队伍、双闭环控制教育教学质量保障体系等方面构成的人才培养模式的新方向。

With the rapid development of technology, mechanical and electrical industry has developed, which has improved the students quality of employment in mechanical and electrical major. The article analyzes the new direction of the talent training mode consisted by school-enterprise profound cooperation, double-type teacher staff and double closed loop control education teaching quality guarantee system on the basis of its actuality of mechanical and electrical major in my institute.
