幼儿园体验式教学对幼儿传统舞蹈教学的启示——以舞蹈《兵娃娃》为例 被引量:2

摘要 幼儿园体验式教学相较于传统的教学有明显的优势,它视"体验"为有效教学活动的重要组成部分及目标追求,强调"体验"在教学中的价值和地位,指引着教师教学观念的改变,促使教师关注幼儿在教学中的独特体验,使幼儿的知、情、意更协调地发展。本文以舞蹈《兵娃娃》为例,阐述了幼儿园体验式教学对幼儿传统舞蹈教学的一些启示:幼儿舞蹈的内容应与幼儿的生活经验相结合;幼儿舞蹈应兼顾群体需要和个体差异,注重开发幼儿同伴群体内的资源;幼儿舞蹈教学应充分发挥区域活动与集体活动的相互补充、支撑作用;幼儿舞蹈规则的培养应渗透于一日生活中。 In comparison with the traditional teaching style, the experiential teaching in the kindergarten has an obvious edge over many perspectives. The latter sees 'experience' as an important component and goal pursuit of efficient teaching activity and lays stress on the value and position of 'experience' in teaching. Through the guidance on the changing of teaching concepts of teachers, kindergarten-oriented experiential teaching impels the teacher to focus on the unique experience of children, aiming at a coordinated development of their cognitive capacity, emotion and willpower. The paper takes the example of dance Child Soldier to offer some insights of the experiential teaching in kindergarten into the children traditional dancing teaching: The children dance should connect closely with children's life experience in its content; consider both of group needs and individual differences, and pay attention to explore the resource within children's peer group; give full play to mutual complementary and supporting effects between regional and group activities; the cultivation of rules concerning children dancing should be integrated into children's daily life.
