从社会心理学角度浅谈研究生校内人际交往

摘要 校园内的人际交往是人脉积累的重要步骤。除此之外,研究生建立良好的人际关系对于其个人发展有着显著的推动作用。然而,研究生的人际交往面临着诸多挑战。本文首先对研究生校内人际交往现状以及他们的心理因素进行分析,最后对于提高研究生人际交往能力提出建议,希望研究生能够为将来步入社会打下良好的人脉基础。
