从教育供给侧改革角度探究如何助力大学生精准就业

高校教育与大学生就业密切相关,是破解大学生就业问题的切入点。然而高校教育供给的人才却与市场需求割裂、脱节,使大学生就业出现了阻碍。在教育供给侧改革的背景下,面向市场人才需求,实现高等教育理论与实践相结合是实现高校供给由低水平向高水平跃升的重要途径。对大学生就业现状进行分析后,提出教育供给侧改革的具体内容以及实施四部曲,围绕"校企合作"模式探索高校就业方式方法,为解决大学生实际就业问题提供思路,助力大学生精准就业。

The university education is closely related to the students' employment, is the specification of the college students' employment problem. College education supply of talent, however, split, disconnect with market demand, making the university students' employment in the block. Under the background of the reform of education supply side, facing the market demand, realising the combination of theory and practice become the important way for supply from low level to high level. After analyzing about the present situation of university students' employment, the paper puts forward the specific content of the reform of the education supply side and the tetralogy, around the 'mode of cooperation between colleges and companies' to explore the job-hunting process, offering ideas to solve the problem of college students' employment.
