摘要
本文在研究中以《护理学基础》课程为核心,分析《护理学基础》教学考核创新的必要性,构建"多元化-注过程-重能力"的个性化考核体系,提高《护理学基础》教学考核的综合质量水平,进而为相关研究人员提供一定的借鉴。
