人文价值教育与小学班集体建设探析 被引量:1

摘要 班集体的建设需要师生共同努力,良好的班集体利于学生健康成长,然而在当前小学班集体建设中存在诸多问题。随着人文价值教育在青海地区的开展,人文价值教育的五大理念日益受到人们关注,为了促进小学生全面发展,五大理念应渗透于小学班集体建设中,教师要把学生当做班级的主人,尊重每一位学生,发挥学生的主动性,让学生感受到班集体的温暖,从而产生责任感和荣誉感。本文希望从人文价值教育理念出发,找出这种理念下班级体建设的一些优点和不足,对进一步丰富与完善小学班集体建设提供不同的视角与思路,在实践上为班集体建设提供更加具有操作性的经验借鉴。
