摘要
当今社会已经进入大数据与移动互联网时代,互联网+、O2O、云计算、微博等广泛地渗入人们生活的各个层面。公共图书馆传统的服务方式面临着互联网的严峻挑战。文章针对图书馆面临的挑战,提出了服务读者的新举措。
The traditional services of public libraries can not satisfy the demands from readers and the development of the society, with the continued acceleration of informatization and the advent of the massive data and mobile Internet era. Besides, the "Internet Plus", "O2O", "Cloud Computing", and "Weibo" are widely influencing individuals from all aspects of daily life. Therefore, there is abundant in challenges for library traditional services. This dissertation aims at the challenges that libraries are confronted with and brings forth some new measures on services for readers.
