摘要传统的高校辅导员(简称辅导员)思政教育方式已无法满足信息化环境下成长的大学生的需求,O2O(online to offline)混合式教育模式是在新媒体形势下开创的针对辅导员的体系化教育方式,以腾讯TIM、微信等新媒体为平台,将线上线下相结合,鼓励学生自由表达,提升自主学习能力;辅导员利用信息化媒介创新工作方式,从而达到工作高效化的目的。
