从小学教师角度探析幼小有效衔接的策略 被引量:2

摘要 本文从小学教师的角度分析幼小衔接的现状及问题,发现幼小衔接出现以下问题:幼小衔接的内容单调;小学与幼儿园脱轨,社会中不规范的学前班大量出现;家长观念落后。针对这些问题,笔者提出了以下解决措施:家长平稳心态,掌握正确的教育理念;加强幼儿园与小学之间的合作交流;小学教师提高自身专业素质,培养责任意识。
