高职院校KQA新型人才培养模式在现代职业教育体系中的构建

摘要 以职业岗位分析为基础,以"产业需求目标"为导向,以"知识、技能、素质三位一体"为目标,培养适应行业企业需要的,以知识(Knowledge)为基础,以素质(Quality)为本位,以能力(Ability)为核心,拟从实际项目的驱动、"幕课""微课"的引入、技能竞赛的激励、"第二课堂"的开展等方面研究"现代职业教育体系"的构建。
