少数民族地区学前留守儿童现状及关爱对策研究——以石阡县某幼儿园为例 被引量:4

摘要 留守儿童作为特殊群体,已成为当前农村转型期一个独特的社会问题,备受全社会的关注。研究通过问卷调查、走访调研了解学前留守儿童的关爱现状,发现关爱现状不容乐观,如监护状况堪忧、学习习惯不良、亲子关系不融洽、心理问题严重、安全难以保障,从而提出强化政府职责,鼓励农民工返乡就业创业;明确幼儿园责任,建立补偿机制;完善乡村服务建设,推行监督制度;鼓励社会积极参与,增加关爱资源;明确家长监护义务,加强情感交流等关爱对策,促进农村学前留守儿童健康成长。 As a special group, left-behind children have become a unique social problem in the current rural transition period, and have attracted the attention of the whole society. Through questionnaires and interviews, the study finds out that the present situation of care for the left-behind children is not optimistic, such as worrying guardianship, bad study habits, inconsistent parent-child relationship, serious psychological problems, and difficult to ensure safety. Therefore, it proposes to strengthen the government’s responsibilities and encourage migrant workers to return to their hometown for employment and entrepreneurship. We should make sure the responsibility of kindergartens, establish compensation mechanism, improve rural service construction and implement supervision system, encourage the active participation of society, increase care resources, clarify the duty of guardianship of parents, strengthen emotional exchanges and other care measures to promote the healthy growth of rural pre-school left-behind children.
