探讨有效惩罚的教育属性、过程及途径

摘要 惩罚的有效使用常会给学习者带来积极的促进作用,当学习者不止于行为上的顺从,而是从被动接受者转变成为主动改造者时,会真正认识到不良行为的有害性,积极地内化新观点并重构自己原有的观点,形成言行一致的信念感,从而延续学习者改变后的行为。本文就有效惩罚的教育属性以及途径进行探讨,旨在能深入认识有效惩罚在教学管理中的不可替代性,以及突破传统惩罚教育寻找促进学习者全面发展的途径。 The effective use of punishment often brings positive encouragement to the children. When the punisher is not only obedient to behavior, but attempted to transformfrom a passive recipient of punishment to an active revival of punishment, he will truly realize the harmful effects of bad behavior, positively internalize new ideas and reconstruct their original views, which forms a sense of faith in words and deeds and leads to continuing the learner’s changed behavior. This paper discusses the educational attributes, characteristics, processes and ways of effective punishment, aims to deeply understand the irreplaceability of effective punishment in teaching management, and on this basis, to guide the teachers or parents to follow the effective punishment process for punishment education and to promote the overall development of those who are punished.
