校地共建图书馆社会化服务探索及思考——以河南科技大学图书馆暨洛阳市科技图书馆为例

该文以河南科技大学图书馆暨洛阳市科技图书馆(以下简称该馆)为例,分析其社会化服务现状及存在问题,并提出相应的改进策略,以为同类型图书馆的运作和发展提供有益的借鉴。
