城市核心地段历史文化风貌区的保护与发展--以上海市张家花园地区规划实践为例

Protection and Development of Historic Conservation Area Downtown: A Case Study on Shanghai's Zhangjia Garden Area

历史文化风貌区集聚了一个城市的建筑经典、历史印记和人文情怀,展现了城市文化。这些历史文化风貌区往往既要应对功能转型、保护与开发、环境提升、活力增强等客观发展要求,又要面临更为多元的冲突问题与发展困境。上海市静安区张家花园地区的规划与发展研究已经持续多年,本文根据该地区最新的规划进展,分析了当前城市核心地段在日趋强化历史风貌区保护与发展的形势下,如何进一步结合地区发展需要解决关键问题,针对性地提出了空间设计引导策略,并对保护与发展的路径进行了思考与探索。

The historic conservation area is the epitome of the architectural classics,historical imprints and humanistic feelings of a city,and represents the culture of the city.These historic conservation areas are often needed to meet the objective development requirements,such as functional transformation,protection and development,environmental promotion,and enhancement of vitality.At the same time,they will also face multifold conflicts and development dilemmas.The research on the planning and development of Zhangjia Garden Area in Jing’an District of Shanghai has lasted for many years.The paper,based on the latest planning in this area,analyzes how to solve the key problem by further combining the regional development under the intensification of the protection and development in the downtown currently.The paper puts forward the guiding strategy for urban space design,and explores the path of protection and development.
