知乐胶囊在抗抑郁症治疗中的应用

Application of Zhile Capsules in the Treatment of Anti-depression

目的探究知乐胶囊在抗抑郁症治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2017年11月—2018年3月在该院接受治疗的患有抑郁症的患者60例作为研究对象,将其为对照组和观察组,每组30例,其中对照组采用服用盐酸文拉法辛胶囊的治疗方法,观察组采用盐酸文拉法辛胶囊持续联用知乐胶囊治疗方法。在治疗前对两组患者分别进行常规指标的检查和评分,评分标准根据伯恩斯抑郁症清单(BDC)。结果观察组患者在接受知乐联用盐酸文拉法辛胶囊治疗后,患者的评分从(25.57±5.28)分降低到(13.1±0.99)分,总有效率达到93.33%,显著高于盐酸文拉法辛胶囊的治疗效果(有效率为83.33%)(χ~2=41.337,P<0.05)。观察组中3例患者服用完1个疗程知乐胶囊即评分恢复正常水平,有1例患者服用完半个疗程知乐胶囊即评分恢复正常水平;有6例和3例患者分别在服用完1个和2个疗程知乐胶囊即开始西药量减少到每日水平的一半。结论知乐胶囊有效的缓解了患者的抑郁症状,值得在临床中应用。

Objective To study the application effect of zhile capsules in the treatment of anti-depression. Methods 60 cases of patients with depression treated in our hospital fl＇om November 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 30 eases in each, the control group took venlafaxine hydroehloride capsules orally, while the ob- servation group continuously used the venlafaxine hydrochloride capsules and zhile capsules, and the routine indexes were examined and scores before treatment, according to the BDC. Results After treatment, the score in the observation group decreased fl＇om （25.57＋5.28）points to （13.1＋0.99）points, and the total effective rate was 93.33%, which was obvi- ously higher than that of venlafaxine hydroehloride capsules （effective rate 83.33%）（X2=41.337, P〈0.05）, after 1 treat- ment course, 3 eases returned to normal level in the observation group, 1 ease returned to normal level after half treat- ment course, 6 eases begun to decrease the western medicine amount to half per day and 3 eases begun to decrease the western medicine amount to half per day after 2 treatment courses. Conclusion The zhile capsules can effectively re- lieve the depression symptoms of patients, which is worth clinical application.
