老年再发脑梗死患者阿司匹林抵抗及相关因素分析

Analysis of Aspirin Resistance and Related Factors of Senile Patients with Second Cerebral Infraction

目的分析老年再发脑梗死患者阿司匹林抵抗及相关因素。方法选取吉林延安医院收治300例老年再发脑梗死患者(2014年3月—2017年3月)为实验对象,患者均连续服用阿司匹林6~36个月,每次剂量为100 mg,随后将AA、ADP作为诱导剂,检测受检者血小板聚集功能,根据评价标准,分为AR+ASR组(100例)、AS组(200例),对比两组LDL、WBC、PLT宽度、PLT压积、hsCRP水平、体质量、FPG水平。结果分析表格,可发现两组患者LDL、WBC、PLT宽度、PLT压积不存在对比性(t=0.271 7、0.408 3、1.365 8、0.320 5;P>0.05),而AS组患者hsCRP水平(6.48±0.52)mg/L、体质量(66.12±2.33)kg低于AR+ASP组患者、hsCRP水平(7.69±0.63)mg/L、体质量(68.95±5.42)kg (t=17.675 3、6.315 9;P<0.05),FPG水平(5.89±0.43)mmol/L高于AR+AS组患者FPG水平(4.15±0.33)mmol/L(t=35.556 3;P<0.05)。结论导致老年再发脑梗死患者出现阿司匹林抵抗的主要原因为炎症反应、吸烟史、血糖水平等。

Objective To analyze the aspirin resistance and related factors of senile patients with second cerebral in fraction. Methods 300 cases of senile patients with second cerebral infraction admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were selected, and the patients constantly took the aspirin for 6-36 months, 100lug each time, and the AA, ADP were used as the inductors, and the platelet aggregation function of the subjects was tested, and the patients were divided into the AR±ASR group with 100 cases, and AS group with 200 cases, and the LDL, WBC, PLT width, PLT, hsCRP level, and body mass, FPG levels were compared between the two groups. Results The excel analysis showed that the differences in the LDL, WBC, PLT width, PLT between the two groups were not statistically significant （t=0.271 7, 0.408 3, 1.365 8, 0.320 5; P〉0.05） , and the hsCRP level and body mass in the AS group were lower than those in the AR ±ASP group[（6.48±0.52）lng/L,（66.12±2.33）kg vs （7.69±0.63）lug/L, （68.95±5.42）kg（t=17.675 3,6.315 9; P〈0.05）], and the FPG level was higher than that in the AR±AS group [（5.89±0.43）lnlnol/L vs （4.15±0.33） lnlnol/L（t=35.556 3; P〈0.05）]. Conclusion The major causes of aspirin resistance of senile patients with second cerebral infraction are the inflammatory reaction, smoking bistroT and blood glucose level.
