摘要
目的探讨对老年支气管哮喘患者采用孟鲁斯特联合布地奈德的临床治疗效果及影响。方法选取该院于2017年4月—2018年2月收治的96例老年支气管哮喘患者,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组48例。其中对照组患者采用布地奈德的治疗方式,观察组患者则加以孟鲁斯特进行联合治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、肺功能改善情况以及嗜酸性粒细胞的变化情况。结果经治疗后,两组患者的用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒的用力呼吸容积(FEV1)以及呼吸气峰值流速(PEF)均有不同程度的提高,其中观察组患者的改善程度更为显著,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为91.6%,对照组的则为72.9%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.5748,P<0.05);且观察组患者嗜酸性粒细胞计数的下降程度显著优于对照组(t=10.082,P<0.05)。结论孟鲁斯特联合布地奈德用于老年支气管哮喘患者的临床治疗可显著改善患者的肺部功能、降低嗜酸性粒细胞计数,提高治疗效果,值得在临床中应用推广。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of montelukast combined with budesonide in treatment of se- nile patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 96 cases of senile patients with bronchial asthma admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2017 to February 2018 were selected, and randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each, the control group were treated with budesonide, while the observation group were treated with montelukast com- bined with budesonide, and the treatment effect, improvement of lung function and changes of eosinophile granulocyte were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the FVC, FEV1 and PEF increased to a different de- grees, and the improvement degree in the observation group was more obvious, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P〈0.05) ; after treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 91.6% and 72.9%, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.5748, P〈0.05) ; and the decrease degree of eosinophil count in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group (t=10.082, P〈0.05) . Conclusion The application of montelukast combined with budesonide in treatment of senile pa- tients with bronchial asthma can obviously improve the lung function of patients, reduce the eosinophil count and im- prove the treatment effect, and it is worth clinical application and promotion.
