女性更年期综合征甲状腺激素测定的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Measurement of Thyroid Hormone of Females with Menopausal Syndrome

目的探析对女性更年期综合征患者进行甲状腺激素测定临床意义。方法选取该院在2016年8月—2018年5月期间收治的女性更年期综合征患者45例,作为治疗组研究对象,并通过实验招募44名健康女性,作为对照组研究对象,对两组研究对象进行甲状腺功能测量;观察、对比两组研究对象的甲状腺功能及抗体水平,观察、分析治疗组对象的甲状腺功能紊乱的发生情况。结果治疗组的45例患者的甲状腺功能与对照组健康女性的甲状腺功能指标,即治疗组的血清总三碘甲腺原氨酸[T3,(2.63±1.33)mmol/L]、甲状腺素血清总甲状腺素[T4,(93.23±52.28)mLU/L]、血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸[FT3,(3.97±2.69)pmol/L]、血清游离甲状腺素[FT4,(15.63±9.3)pmol/L],促甲状腺激素[TSH,(1.48±0.21)mmol/L]等与对照组差异有统计学意义(t=4.535、10.234、6.211、8.246、4.154,P<0.05);治疗组甲状腺功能紊乱发生率为24.44%。结论女性更年期综合征患者的甲状腺功能相对健康女性异常,通过对女性更年期综合征患者进行甲状腺激素测定,能够进一步对女性更年期综合征进行辩证诊断治疗,以提高女性更年期综合征患者的治疗效果。

Objective To study the clinical significance of measurement of thyroid hormone of females with menopausal syndrome. Methods 45 cases of females with menopausal syndrome admitted and treated in our hospital fi＇om August 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the treatment group, while 44 cases of healthy females recruited by the test were selected as the control group, and the two groups used the thyroid function measurement, and the thyroid function and antibody level of the two groups were observed and compared, and the occurrence of thyroid function disorder was ob- served and analyzed. Results The serum total three iodosine adenosine [T3,（2.63±l.33）mmol/L], thyroxine serum total thyroxine [T4,（93.23±52.28）mlU/L], serum fi＇ee fi＇ee triiodothyronine FT3, （3.97±2.69pmol/L） , serum free thyroxine [FT4, （15.63±9.3）pmol/L], thyrotrophin [TSH,（1.48±0.21）mmol/L], and the differences were satistically signficant （t=4.535, 10.234, 6.211, 8.246, 4.154, P〈0.05） ; and the incidence rate of thyroid function disorder was 24.44% in the treatment group. Conclusion The thyroid function of female patients with menopausal syndrome is more abnormal than that of healthy females, and the measurement of thyroid hormones can further conduct the differential diagnosis to improve the treatment effect.
