优质护理服务在体检者静脉采血中的应用

Application of Excellent Nursing Service in the Venous Blood Collection of Physical Examiners

目的探讨分析优质护理服务在体检者静脉采血中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1—12月该院体检中心行常规抽血检验的体检者80名为研究对象,根据随机数字表法均分为两组,其中对照组40名给予常规护理模式,观察组40名给予优质护理服务模式,分析比较两组患者抽血过程中相关不良反应的发生率情况。结果观察组体检者在静脉采血时其穿刺点出血2名、局部疼痛3名、皮下血肿1名,并发症发生率15.0%,明显的小于对照组体检者的穿刺点出血8名、局部疼痛10名、皮下血肿5名,并发症发生率57.5%,两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.361、3.974、4.617、6.014,P<0.05);察组体检者在静脉采血时其护理满意度为92.5%,明显的高于对照组体检者的72.5%,两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.301,P<0.05),具有可比性。结论优质护理服务在体检者静脉采血的应用中可以有效的提高体检者穿刺抽血的安全性,对于改善临床护理服务治疗具有重要的帮助意义,值得临床上推广使用。

Objective To study and analyze the application effect of excellent nursing service in the venous blood col- lection of physical examiners. Methods 80 cases of physical examiners for routine blood test in our physical examina tion center in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing model, while the observation group used the excellent nursing service model, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the blood test was compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, there were 2 cases with hemorrhage at the puncture point in the venous blood collection, 3 cases with local pains, 1 case with ecchymosis, and the incidence rate of complications was 15.0%, which were obviously lower than those in the control group, （8 cases, 10 cases, 5 cases, 57.5%）, and the differences between the two groups were statically significant （χ2=5.361, 3.974, 4.617, 6.014, P〈0.05）, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group （92.5% vs 72.5%）, and the difference be- tween the two groups was statistically significant （χ2=6.301, P〈0.05）, with comparison. Conclusion The application of excellent nursing service in the venous blood collection of physical examiners can effectively improve the safety of puncture blood collection, which is of important help significance to improving the clinical nursing service and treat- ment, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
