综合性护理干预对乳腺癌术后化疗患者PICC的效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the PICC of Chemotherapy Patients after the Breast Cancer Surgery

目的探讨综合性护理干预对乳腺癌术后化疗患者PICC的效果。方法选取该院(2015年1月—2017年1月)收治的92例乳腺癌术后化疗患者为研究对象,将该组患者根据不同护理方法分为两组,观察组46例患者给予综合性护理干预,对照组46例患者给予常规护理干预,对比两组患者PICC并发症发生率和PICC管留置时间以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者出现PICC并发症的几率是2.17%,对照组发生率是19.57%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=15.624 8,P<0.05)。观察组患者PICC管留置时间(122.67±11.74)d,明显高于对照组(100.60±8.54)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=10.310 7,P<0.05)。评定观察组患者的护理满意度为97.83%,对照组的护理满意度是76.09%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=20.839 7,P<0.05)。结论综合性护理干预可有效降低PICC并发症发生率,增加PICC管留置时间,患者满意度高,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the PICC of chemotherapy patients after the breast cancer surgetry. Methods 92 cases of chemotherapy patients after the breast cancer surgetry in our hos- pital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods, with 46 cases in each, the observation group used the comprehensive nursing intervention, while the control group used the routine nursing intervention, and the incidence rate of PICC complications, PICC indwelling time and nursing satisfactotT degree were compared between the two groups. Results The occurrence probability of PICC compli- cations in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 2.17% and 9.57%（X2=15.6248,P〈0.05） , and the PICC indwelling time in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group [（122.67±11.74）d vs （100.60±8.54）d], and the difference was obvious （t=10.310 7,P〈0.05）, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the ob- servation group and in the control group was respectively 97.83% and 76.09%, and the difference was statistically sig- nificant （χ2=20.839 7,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence rate of PICC complications, and increase the PICC indwelling time with high satisfactory degree, and it is worth clinical promotion.
