在对肝胆外科疾病进行研究的过程中,原发性肝内胆管结石受到了广泛关注,主要是指胆石分布在左右肝管汇合位置形成结石,其主要的发病机制就是胆道感染和胆汁排畅不顺等。要想有效提升治疗水平,就要对病因予以分析,并且制定相应的外科治疗机制。该文中简要分析了原发性肝内胆管结石的病因,并对外科治疗新进展予以讨论,仅供参考。

The primary intrahepatic choledocholithiasis has received extensive attention in the research course of dis- eases in the department of hepatobiliary surgery, mainly refers to the stones formed in the left ＆ right hepatic duct mixed site, and the main attack mechanism is the infection of biliary tract and unobstructed bile excretion. In order to effectively improve the treatment level, we should analyze the causes and make the corresponding surgical treatment mechanism. The paper briefly analyzes the causes of primary intrahepatic choledocholithiasis and discusses the treat- ment new progress in the department of surgery for reference.
