摘要
通过对慢性病健康管理的现状研究,基于智慧医疗语境下对健康医疗领域的重新思考,从设计层面对我国慢性病健康管理现存的问题进行归纳。以服务设计的基本原理为基础,结合国内外现有案例的解析,提出了智慧医疗语境下服务设计应用在慢性病健康管理的四个设计方法,即:服务系统化、产品通用化、信息可视化、交互情感化。
According to the current research on the health management of chronic diseases and based on the rethinking of the health care field in the context of smart healthcare, the existing problems of chronic health management in China are summarized from the design level. Based on the basic principles of service design, combined with the analysis of domestic and international existing cases in the context of smart healthcare, four design methods for service design applied to the management of chronic diseases are proposed： service systemization, product universalization, information visualization, and interaction emotionalization.
