摘要
船舶管道处在恶劣的工作环境中,为各个主机和辅机服务的管系包括燃油管路、滑油管路、冷却水管路等都被频繁使用,其中任一管路发生泄漏,都会导致相关主辅机无法安全使用,给整个船舶系统的运转带来严重后果。本文对多种检测方法在船舶管路中的应用可行性进行分析,重点介绍超声波技术在船舶管系泄漏检测中的应用,选择出最适用于船舶管系检测的方法,有效提高检测效率。
Ship pipelines are in a harsh working environment. The piping systems for the various main engines andauxiliary engines, including fuel lines, oil pipelines, and cooling water pipelines, are frequently used. Any one of thepipelines will leak, which will result in The related main and auxiliary machines cannot be used safely, which hasserious consequences for the operation of the entire ship system. This paper analyzes the application feasibility ofvarious detection methods in ship pipelines, and focuses on the application of ultrasonic technology in ship pipingleakage detection, and selects the most suitable method for ship piping inspection to effectively improve detectionefficiency.
