摘要 在现在设备控制电路中经常出现一些不受控制的信号或现象,而且没有一定的规律,或有或无,这种情况可能就是电路出现了电磁干扰,电磁干扰是客观存在的,无法完全消除,但可采用抑制干扰源、切断干扰传播途径、降低电路敏感性等方法抑制电磁干扰带来的影响。在现代各种工业控制系统中,变频器被广泛使用,变频器产生的干扰会导致控制程序失控,甚至直接导致控制系统硬件损坏,本文简述了电磁干扰分类、传播途径及常见抑制措施,重点分析变频器电磁干扰源及抑制措施。 Some uncontrolled signals or phenomenon appear in the control circuit of the equipment, and there is nocertain rule, with or without, This kind of situation is likely to be circuit of electromagnetic interference,Electromagnetic interference is objective existence, cannot be completely eliminated, but can use this methods tosuppress the effects of electromagnetic interference, such as suppress interference sources, cutting off route oftransmission, and to reduce the circuit sensitivity. In modern industrial control systems, frequency converter is widelyused. The interference of frequency converter can lead to the control program being out of control or even directlycause the hardware damage of control system. This paper introduce the classification of electromagnetic interference,route of transmission and common suppression measures of electromagnetic. Emphasis on the analysis of electromagneticinterference sources and suppression measures.
