摘要
文章阐述了高职院校"双师型"教师培养机制存在的问题,对其原因进行了分析,并从激励机制、环境机制、评价机制及培训机制等四个方面构建了高职院校"双师型"教师的培养机制。
This paper expounds the problems existing in the training mechanism of " double -qualified " teachers inhigher vocational colleges, analyzes its causes, and constructs the training mechanism of " double -qualified " teachers inhigher vocational colleges from four aspects: incentive mechanism, environmental mechanism, evaluation mechanism andtraining mechanism.
